First step pastinya lo login dulu ke pabx avaya lo
There are 3 types of results :
IDLE Meant from the PBX to wall socket is working fine.
BUSY User is on call, or problem with the circuit, need to reset the TN.
DSBL The circuit is manually disabled by the administrator
If TN is idle, change phone or change wiring from phone to wall socket.
If TN is busy, ensure user not on call, TN will show disabled.

DSBL
If TN is disabled, renenable the TN again, will show TN idle.

REQ: stat 4 0 4 11

Selanjutnya test call to extention yang sudah di disable pasti tidak bisa lagi.
